Terms and conditions of the contest
Article 1 : Organizer
Leasétic, headquartered at 63 Chemin des Arnis, 31130 BALMA, France, under SIRET number 830 733 606 00040 (hereinafter "the Company") is organizing a contest to be held on the occasion of the GreenTech Forum 2023 on November 21 and 22, 2023 at the Beffroi de Montrouge, located at Avenue de la République, 92210 MONTROUGE, France. The contest is free of charge and no purchase is necessary (hereinafter "the Contest"), in accordance with the terms and conditions of the present rules, and can be accessed at www.leasetic.fr/concours.
Article 2 : Conditions of participation
This contest is open to all natural persons of legal age residing in France.
The company reserves the right to carry out any necessary checks on the identity, postal address and/or e-mail address of participants.
All employees of the company, including their families and spouses (marriage, P.A.C.S. or recognized or unrecognized marital status), are excluded from participation in this contest and from receiving any prize, whether directly or indirectly.
Persons who have not provided proof of their full contact details and identity, or who have provided them inaccurately or falsely, will be disqualified, as will persons who refuse to allow the collection, recording and use of personal information concerning them and strictly necessary for the purposes of managing the contest.
Participation in the game implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present rules. Failure to comply with the aforementioned rules will result in the automatic cancellation of participation and the possible awarding of prizes.
Article 3 : How to participate
The contest is open from Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 9:00 am to Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at 5:00 pm.
Contest mechanics: To take part in the contest, simply scan the QR Code on the Leasétic stand C06 banner and fill in the required fields.
Article 4 : Selection of winners
Winners will be selected by random draw, after verification of their eligibility to win the prize.
Designated participants will be contacted directly by e-mail. If a participant does not reply within 7 days of this e-mail being sent, he/she will be deemed to have renounced his/her prize, which will remain the property of the company.
By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes the company to use his or her surname, first name and city and county of residence in any publicity or promotional event, on the company's website and on any affiliated site or medium, without this use giving rise to any rights or remuneration other than the prize won.
Winners must comply with the rules. If they do not meet the criteria set out in these rules, their prizes will not be awarded. Participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, age, postal address or the loyalty and sincerity of their participation. In this respect, the company reserves the right to request a copy of the winner's identity document before sending the prize. Any false declaration, false indication of identity or address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant and, where applicable, the reimbursement of prizes already sent.
Article 5 : Prizes
The Company is offering the following prizes:
· 1x Smartphone Samsung Galaxy J5 2017 refurbished grade A with a value of 89€ TTC.
· 1x Smartphone Samsung Galaxy A8 2018 refurbished grade A with a Value of 109€ TTC.
· 1x Smartphone Samsung Galaxy A40 2019 refurbished grade A with a value of 119€ VAT included.
· 1x HP EliteBook 755 G5 Laptop (AMD Ryzen 5 Pro, 8GB RAM and 250GB SSD) refurbished grade B with a value of 299€ VAT included.
· 1x HP EliteBook 755 G5 Laptop (AMD Ryzen 5 Pro, 8GB RAM and 250GB SSD) refurbished grade B from a Value of 299€ TTC.
The Company reserves the right to replace the equipment listed with a technically equivalent device of the same value.
Article 6 : Prize Delivery
The Company cannot be held responsible for sending prizes to an incorrect address due to the winner's negligence when the prizes must be sent.
Article 7 : Personal data
The data collected via this registration form is subject to automated processing for the purpose of your registration for the competition in order to send you all information relating to the organization of the competition. It is based on the legitimate interests pursued by Leasetic and Article 6.1 of the General Data Protection Regulation. Your registration also allows us to send you information about Leasetic's activity.
The data is kept in an active database for a maximum of one year from the date of the competition. We have implemented technical and organizational security measures to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of all your personal data.
The data communicated in the context of your registration is intended for Leasetic, which is responsible for processing it. In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have :
· Right of access to your personal data,
· Right to rectification or deletion,
· Right to limit the processing of your personal data,
· Right to object to the processing of your personal data.
To exercise your rights, you can contact us by providing your contact details (surname, first name, e-mail or postal address) via rgpd@leasetic.com.
You will receive a reply within one month of receipt of your request.
Article 8: Disputes
These rules are subject to French law. In order to be taken into account, any disputes relating to the contest must be made by written request to the Company, no later than ninety (30) days after the closing date for participation in the contest as indicated in these rules.
In the event of persistent disagreement over the application or interpretation of these rules, and failing amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent court.
