To kick off 2026, the teams from Leasétic and The Repair Group experienced an extraordinary kick-off, centered around teamwork, pushing boundaries, and inspiration.
The program included a beach volleyball session led by two Olympic athletes, Alexia Richard and Lézana Placette, as part of their OLA 2028 association.
On the court, the energy was intense. But it was the discussions off the court that truly resonated. The athletes shared a behind-the-scenes look at elite sports, their preparation methods, and their vision for sustainable performance.
This encounter highlighted strong values, directly transferable to the business world:
Essential principles that resonate particularly in a context where organizations must constantly adapt and innovate.
For a team spread across France, these gathering moments are essential. They help strengthen common culture, build connections, and consolidate collective commitment around a shared vision.
At Leasétic, this dynamic is fully aligned with a clear objective: to transform vicious cycles into virtuous ones, especially in digital and IT infrastructure management.
This kick-off was also an opportunity to thank all the teams and partners involved, as well as the speakers and organizers who made this moment possible.
A special thank you to Emmanuel Rousseau, Delphine Specht, and Olivier Jourdan for their involvement in organizing this unifying experience.
Beyond the event, this day illustrates a strong conviction: sustainable performance relies on people, cohesion, and a long-term vision.
A mindset that guides Leasétic in its mission to support companies towards more responsible, more efficient, and more virtuous digital practices.
