At Leasétic, we are committed to finding innovative and simple solutions for our clients to streamline their processes for giving IT equipment a second life.
Before Loopix was created, the equipment from our leasing contracts was sold to wholesalers, and we didn't know what happened to these computers and smartphones.
In early 2022, we decided to make this equipment available to our clients' employees with two goals:
✅ Address a recurring request from our clients: resell their IT equipment to employees, but without having to manage after-sales service.
✅ Allow our clients' employees to benefit from computers and smartphones at preferential prices, since their companies contribute to providing this equipment.
Loopix's mission is to simplify access to refurbished equipment.
If we do nothing, by 2040, the environmental impact of digital tools will exceed that of land and air transport combined.
Most of us have already bought a used car and had no reservations. Why should we have them when it comes to a smartphone, computer, or tablet?
We hesitate because the marketing and communication from major IT players have told us for 30 years that equipment becomes obsolete after one, two, or three years.
That's wrong!
