Ideal for
  • Companies with 50+ employees renewing their fleet
  • HR teams and works councils looking for a tangible employee benefit
  • ESG teams that want to involve employees
  • Companies that want to get value from end-of-life equipment

The Store is our resale channel, run by Loopix, our brand dedicated to selling refurbished IT equipment online. It follows on directly from our revalorisation and reverse logistics service: equipment a company entrusts to us at the end of a contract or at end of life is refurbished, then resold through Loopix.

How profit sharing works

When a company entrusts us with its end-of-life IT fleet, we refurbish it and resell it through Loopix. The profits from this resale are shared with the client company: reverse logistics stops being a constraint and becomes a source of residual value.

Your employees buy back their own equipment first

The client company's employees get priority access, at a preferential price, to the equipment that belonged to their company: the laptop or smartphone they used every day can stay with them rather than go to an unknown buyer.

Quality checks before going on sale

Before it is listed on Loopix, each device goes through a multi-step check:

  • full technical diagnosis (battery, screen, connectors, performance);
  • secure data erasure in compliance with the GDPR;
  • refurbishment if needed.

Only devices that meet our reliability criteria are offered for sale; the rest are sent to an approved recycling channel. This rigour makes refurbished equipment a credible alternative to new, with enough remaining life for everyday use.

A real environmental issue

According to studies from the refurbishment sector, manufacturing a new laptop can account for several hundred kilograms of CO2 equivalent, most of it from production rather than use. Extending the life of an existing device through the Store avoids a large share of that footprint. It complements our leasing formulas: equipment coming out of a fleet at the end of a contract gets a new use instead of being stored or destroyed too early.

Customer benefits

What it means for your organisation and your activities.

Lower prices for your employees

Your employees buy refurbished equipment at a preferential price, thanks to their company's participation.

The scheme fits into an existing employee benefits policy (works council, wellbeing or ESG budget), with no extra admin for HR and no minimum purchase commitment for the company.

Employees who take part in the circular economy

Your teams play a concrete part in extending the life of equipment.

Every Store purchase reduces demand for new equipment by the same amount: a concrete, individual action that complements the company's ESG initiatives.

Dedicated customer service

A dedicated team answers questions and supports every purchase.

If a defect is found on delivery, a clear return or exchange procedure secures the purchase, for both the company and the employee.

How it works

Three steps, from analysing your needs to monitoring your fleet.

Equipment from company fleets

Refurbished laptops and desktops, smartphones, tablets and other IT equipment.

Every item comes from company fleets at the end of their contract, with a more reliable usage history than a second-hand purchase between individuals.

Quality control and data erasure

Each product is tested and refurbished against strict performance and reliability criteria.

Data erasure follows recognised industry standards such as NIST 800-88, an important guarantee for the GDPR compliance of the company handing over its equipment.

Competitively priced resale

High-performing devices for a fraction of the price of new.

Store prices follow the professional refurbished market, where the gap with new is usually between 30 and 50% depending on the device's condition and age.

Frequently asked questions

Can't find your answer here? Our experts will help.

How does the Store work?

Equipment a company entrusts to us at end of life is refurbished, then resold through Loopix, our refurbished IT resale brand. Resale profits are shared with the client company, and its employees can buy back the equipment they used, with priority access and at a preferential price.

What happens to the data on the devices?

All data is securely erased before the device goes on sale. An erasure certificate can be provided on request, useful if your company needs to evidence this step during a GDPR audit.

Which products are available in the Store?

The Store offers refurbished laptops and desktops, tablets and smartphones. Each device is tested before going on sale to guarantee its quality and performance.

Why choose refurbished rather than new?

Refurbished equipment is both an ecological and an economical choice: high-performing devices, at a lower price than new, without the carbon footprint of manufacturing a new one. Manufacturing a new laptop can account for several hundred kilograms of CO2 equivalent, an impact that buying refurbished largely avoids.
